      The Property Inspection is designed for a buyer purchasing a home that will need an inspection of the entire property. This is a full written inspection with pictures that provides an opportunity for a buyer to identify any major issues with a home before closing. From attics down to the crawlspace, this inspection will cover the interior and exterior of the house to record any broken, defected, or hazardous issues within the property.

   This inspection is for any buyer who needs certain items in the home to be re-evaluated after they have been fixed by a third-party. This is typically scheduled after the initial property inspection and before the final walk through. 

    This is the perfect inspection for the buyer of a new construction home that has a builder warranty during the homes first year. An 11 month inspection is a full written inspection with photos that will pin point any area in your home that needs fixing by the builder before your one year warranty ends. This inspection is critical to finding defects in the home that might have happened during the home ownership process or were not found before.

   A pre-sale inspection is for the seller of a home that wants a full written inspection of their property prior to putting it on the market. During this inspection we can identify areas of the home that may need to be addressed before they put it up for sale.
